Delivery Prices

All our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail (Tracked 48 with Signature). Our delivery costs are calculated based on the orders weight: 

  • Small Parcels (up to 2kg) = £3.21
  • Medium Parcels (up to 20kg) = £4.71
  • Large Parcels (over 20kg) = a charge of £2.50 per 1kg
  • If any additional delivery charges arise we will contact you to discuss the options available after you have placed your order.

Delivery policy

We currently only offer delivery to the United Kingdom. This includes any address within Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, but excludes BFPO (British Forces post boxes).

  • Orders are usually received within 1 – 3 working days.
  • During peak times (November and December) delivery waiting times may increase to 2 – 5 working days.
  • Orders placed after 1pm will be sent out the following day.
  • We prefer to use recycled packaging when possible.
  • The ‘Weight’ in each products ‘Additional Information’ displays the packaged weight of that item after it has been prepared for shipping.
  • If any products require special delivery this will be stated on the products page.
  • We shall attempt to deliver the order to the address you specify for delivery, or if none, to the credit card address you supply.
  • You are responsible for your arrangements made to receive your order. If an order is requested to be left ‘in a shed’, ‘conservatory’, ‘behind the bins’ or any other insecure, un-documented place within the grounds of your home – this is at your (the customers) own risk.
  • If the order is held at the post office or any other delivery company’s depot it is your responsibility to collect your order.

International delivery

We do not currently cater to intentional deliveries, but options can be considered if you contact us privately at [email protected].

Want to change your delivery address?

If you want to change your delivery address after your order has been placed contact us directly by e-mailing us at [email protected] or calling us on 01308 868911. You will need to contact us before you have received a dispatch notification. If your order has already been dispatched, it is likely we will not be able to amend or re-route the parcel to a new address and it will need to be returned to sender before we can resend. There may be an additional delivery cost involved if an item is returned due to wrong address information provided.

Returns policy

We care about our customers and always hope that you love what you’ve ordered from us. However if you order something and decide it’s not for you we will be happy to refund or exchange any item.

  • All returns must be made within a maximum of 30 days of the date of your purchase. All orders must in their undamaged and original packaging. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit please inform us within 2 working days of receipt so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There maybe certain situations where only partial refunds can only be granted.
  • Items bought in our Sale or on promotion will not be refunded if returned after 14 days from the day you received the item, but can be exchanged within the relevant Sale period.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for items sent by you and lost in transit. For all returns, except where the item is defective, damaged or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
  • A prompt refund of the price of the items will be issued once all the information referred to above is received, and in any event not later than 30 days after we receive the items from you.
  • The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If you used vouchers to pay for the item we may refund you in vouchers.

Please note: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept earrings as a return or exchange unless faulty.

If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved your refund will be processed and the price of the product will automatically be applied to the debit or credit card used for the original payment.

If you request a refund we will refund you the price you paid for the items. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items. If we refund any delivery costs, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by e-mailing us at [email protected] or calling us on 01308 868911.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is required, your order will need to be returned and a new order will be placed. Please contact by e-mailing us at [email protected] or calling us on 01308 868911  and we will be happy to help you with this.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
